Account settings are easy to overlook when an online casino combines games, promotions, payments and support in one dashboard. For Canadian users considering casino lucky hills online, the practical question is not simply what the platform offers, but how its account controls work. Lucky Hills provides profile, verification, currency, bonus, payment and gambling-limit tools in connected areas. Understanding those controls before making changes can help prevent avoidable access problems, misunderstood promotional conditions and delays caused by incomplete account information.
The Profile area is the main control centre for personal account information. It includes the account’s verification status, email confirmation, account settings and logout control. It is also where users can review some communication preferences and access account-related options. Checking this area first is useful because an account can appear functional while still having an unfinished email confirmation or verification requirement that later affects other actions.
Registration details need to remain accurate and verifiable. The account must be used by the registered player, and payment accounts must belong to that person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited, including additional accounts connected with the same household or IP address. These conditions matter when adjusting settings because creating another profile to solve a currency, access or promotional issue may create a larger account problem instead.
A sensible first review includes the registered email address, confirmation status, verification section and available account currency. If an email address needs to be changed, the available information indicates that support must handle the request through chat or email. Logging out after reviewing the profile is also worthwhile, particularly on a shared computer or mobile device. Small administrative checks can make later support conversations clearer and reduce confusion over which account is active.
The account uses one active currency at a time, with CAD listed among the supported options for the Canadian-facing service. However, the currency cannot simply be switched inside an existing active account. The stated procedure involves contacting support so the old currency account can be blocked, followed by creation of a replacement account in the selected currency.
This is a significant account decision rather than a routine display preference. Before requesting a change, review the balance, active bonuses, bonus progress and player history. The published information says eligible bonuses and player progress may be retained according to the site’s procedure, but it does not mean that every balance, promotion or condition will transfer automatically. The exact outcome should therefore be confirmed with support before the old account is closed or blocked.
Currency choice should also be considered alongside payment availability. Interac, cards, bank transfer, e-wallets and other methods may appear in the Cashbox depending on the account and payment location, but the exact selection is not guaranteed for every user. A currency change may affect which methods are displayed or how a transaction is handled. Save relevant account and transaction details, ask support for the applicable procedure, and avoid opening an additional account independently.
Verification is available through Profile > Verification. The section identifies accepted documents, while identity and address evidence may be requested. A new withdrawal card or payment method may also require verification. The published FAQ gives a normal verification window of 2–24 hours, although additional review can take longer. These are stated timeframes, not a guarantee for every case.
Account recovery depends heavily on the registered email address. Selecting “Forgot your password?” on the login screen sends a reset link to that address. If the message does not arrive, checking the spam folder is a practical first step. Continuing access issues, missing activation messages and problems with a password reset should be taken to live support rather than addressed by creating another account.
Use basic online-security habits when managing these controls. Avoid saving credentials on shared devices, sign out after using a public or borrowed connection, and check that the website address is correct before entering personal information. The Canadian Centre for Cyber Security offers general guidance on protecting accounts and personal information online. That advice is not casino-specific, but it is relevant whenever an account contains identity documents, payment details or transaction records.
The Profile > Bonuses area separates promotions into Available, Active and In line states, with separate Casino and Sports sections. Users can inspect bonus details, monitor progress, review recent bonus history and cancel bonuses individually. Multiple activated bonuses are processed in activation order, and that order cannot be rearranged. One casino bonus and one sports bonus may be wagered simultaneously under the stated rules.
These controls are useful because accepting a promotion can change what happens to the account balance. General rules state that an early withdrawal forfeits the bonus and associated promotional winnings. Unfinished bonuses can also prevent a withdrawal, while creating a withdrawal request may cancel unclaimed free spins or other unused bonuses. Cancelling a bonus may be preferable to leaving it active, but the consequences should be read in its details before confirming.
Game eligibility is another setting-related issue. Lobby badges identify titles that qualify for bonus play or contribute to bonus wagering, while the Bonus Wagering section groups qualifying games. Some games may accept bonus funds without contributing, and others may require cash funds only. Before choosing a game for promotional progress, inspect its rules and the bonus details rather than assuming that every title counts equally.
Responsible-gambling controls are found through Profile > Limits. The available settings include daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, as well as loss limits. These tools are more useful when chosen in advance, while the account is calm and inactive, rather than after spending has already exceeded a personal plan. Select limits that reflect a fixed entertainment budget and do not treat them as a way to manage essential expenses.
Self-exclusion and account closure options are also described, with support handling related requests and reactivation according to the account terms. Closure is different from simply logging out or removing a payment method. Anyone considering a break should ask support which option applies, what happens to pending transactions or bonuses, and whether reactivation is possible or restricted under the relevant procedure.
Account records can help make these decisions more concrete. Cashbox > Operations history contains deposit and withdrawal records, while game-bet history can be requested from support. Reviewing those records alongside limit settings may reveal patterns that are easy to miss in a general balance view. If gambling is causing financial or emotional harm, use self-exclusion and seek independent support rather than relying only on personal limits or promotional controls.
The available account information indicates that changing the registered email address requires assistance from support through chat or email. It is not presented as a normal self-service profile edit. Keep access to the current email where possible, and explain the situation clearly if the address is unavailable.
No. Duplicate accounts are prohibited, including accounts associated with the same household or IP address. The stated currency procedure is to contact support, block the old currency account and have a replacement created in the selected currency. Do not create an additional profile independently to bypass that process.
Deposit and loss controls are available through Profile > Limits. The listed options cover daily, weekly and monthly periods. Review the selected settings carefully before confirming them, and contact support if the controls do not appear or if you need clarification about closure or self-exclusion.
