If you can\u2019t fulfill your protein need from foods, you can use&nbsp;whey isolate protein&nbsp;that can help you recover damaged muscle and may support muscle growth.<\/p>\n<h3>Day 1 \u2013 Cardio<\/h3>\n<p>Of course, it\u2019s normal to work up to that level if you\u2019re a beginner.
